Students from partner institutions may apply for the exchange program at Munich University of Applied Sciences for one or two semesters.
Selected students must be nominated by the coordinator at their home institution via email before starting the application process at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Please send nomination to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly to the responsible coordinator in the International Office .
The nomination deadlines are:
Winter semester: May 1st
Summer semester: November 1st (NEW FOR SUMMER SEMESTER 2017)
Please use our Online-Application-System to apply for one or two exchange semesters at Munich University of Applied Sciences. The Online-Application-System can be found via the Link for Application form A (see below).

Please note that old application forms are no longer valid. Only the new online application form will be accepted.
A. Application form A to be filled in in the online system -> Link will be sent to nominated students directly.
Please print PDF after filling, have it signed and scan it as a PDF.

Proof of German language knowledge
We don't request any proof of German knowledge. However, students who want to follow courses in German are advised to have at least a knowledge of B2 to be able to follow courses in German.
Please send your scanned application documents via email as one (1) PDF-File with max. 5 MB to email@example.com. Design students can send the Portfolio additionally.
You can also fax the signed document to 0049-(0)89-1265-1140 .
You will not receive immediate confirmation that your application documents arrived. If they arrive more than two weeks before the deadline, we may be able to review it and acknowledge the receipt. If it arrives close to the application deadline we will process your application after the deadline.
In any case: Letters of Acceptance will be sent to you within one month after the deadline.
Applications which are received after the deadline or incomplete cannot be accepted.
In case you have to withdraw from the exchange programme, we kindly ask you to immediately inform the International Office.
Munich University of Applied Sciences requires ERASMUS+ Learning Agreements from Erasmus+ students. The Learning Agreement is part of the application documents for Erasmus+ students.

WHERE TO SEND TO?
Please upload your Learning Agreement in the application form A during the application process.
If you have already submitted application form A, you can send the Learning Agreement to the Email mentioned in the "Fill-In-Help information sheet" .
WHEN WILL IT BE RETURNED?
In all cases the Learning Agreement will be returned signed via Email after the application deadline provided that the student has sent all necessary application documents and got accepted.
