Our work is focused on providing support for equality, family orientation, and health awareness, through various programmes and university-wide initiatives.

- advocates for the equality of men and women. In doing so, we incorporate the concept of equality into the university's decision-making processes in all areas and at all levels.
- promotes opportunities to study and work while raising a family by adapting working/studying conditions. The objective is to further improve the motivation and work satisfaction of employees and students, and to provide lasting foundations for a family-friendly culture in our policy. Since 2006, we have successfully and continuously obtained the "Family-Friendly University Audit" certificate.
- promotes and supports the health of members of the university, during both work and study, by creating healthy working conditions and by promoting an individual prevention approach when it comes to health.
